Refund Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS  

In cases where you consider that the product does not meet your wishes, you should contact us within 60 days from the date of purchase via email at [email protected] or by phone at 634544026 providing the details of the product you wish to return. 

Once we receive the notification, we will proceed to reimburse you the amount of your purchase within a maximum of 10 working days.

As a general rule, these are the steps to follow for any type of return: 

If the product has not met your expectations, you should contact us preferably in writing to email [email protected], indicating the products for which you want a refund. It is not necessary to return the products.

Once we receive your request, we will reimburse you for the products you have requested within 10 working days.

In your customer file we will specify which products have been refunded.

Once a product has been refunded, it will not be refunded again. Neither in future purchases nor in the event that several units of the same product have been purchased in the same order. In both cases only a single unit of the product in question will be refunded. To request the refund of the other units of the same product, these must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.

For example, if a customer buys three serums, we will only refund one. The other two should be returned unopened for a refund.

If an order has different types of products, the customer may request reimbursement of all of them as long as they are products of different types.
