Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS  

In cases where you consider that the product does not meet your expectations, you must contact us within 60 days from the date of purchase via email at endor@endornanotech.com or by phone at 634544026, providing the details of the product you wish to return. 

Once the notification is received, we will proceed to refund the amount of your purchase within a maximum period of 10 business days.

As a general rule, these are the steps to follow for any type of return: 

If the product has not met your expectations, you should contact us preferably in writing by email to endor@endornanotech.com, indicating the products for which you want a refund. It is not necessary to return the products.

Once your request is received, we will refund the products for which you have requested it within a maximum period of 10 business days.

We will specify in your customer file which products have been refunded to you.

Once a product has been refunded, it will not be refunded again. Neither in future purchases nor in the event that several units of the same product have been purchased in the same order. In both cases, only one unit of the product in question will be refunded. To request a refund for the other units of the same product, these must be returned in their original and unopened packaging.

For example, if a customer buys three serums, we will only refund one. The other two should be returned unopened for a refund of the purchase price.

If an order has different types of products, the customer may request a refund for all of them as long as they are different types of products.
