It's a very light serum that leaves the skin glowing and very soft. It has a light texture, absorbs quickly, and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. Afterward, I apply the Bioactive SPF 50 cream.
So far, everything's perfect, just like with the rest of Endor's creams.
Thank you.

It irritates my skin, and my skin isn't particularly sensitive. I don't see any reduction in dark spots. Very expensive. I expected more for that price, and I certainly didn't expect it to damage my skin. I won't buy it again or recommend it. This is the Endor product that has disappointed me the most.
Hello Elena,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and fully understand your disappointment, especially given the high hopes you had for the treatment.
Although the vast majority of people tolerate VC15 Serum well, some may experience irritation even if they don't have particularly sensitive skin.
As for dark spots, we generally recommend at least 4 weeks of consistent use before you start to see results, due to the skin’s renewal cycle.
To ensure that the 2% tranexamic acid delivers its best depigmenting and skin-toning effects, we recommend applying the treatment twice a day, morning and night, on a regular basis.
Even so, we fully understand that the experience is completely overshadowed when irritation sets in.
We are truly sorry that this was the Endor product that disappointed you the most.
Remember, in situations like this, we can honor our guarantee and either refund the cost of the treatment or exchange it for another product that’s better suited to your skin.
If you'd like, just reply to this message and we'll take care of it.

I love this serum—the texture is very light. It leaves my skin hydrated without feeling greasy or tight. My only complaint is that some serum gets left behind in the dispenser, though it might just be that I’m not using the dispenser properly, even though it seems like a great design.
I bought it because I love Lasergen and the previous serum, but the VC15 gave me a terrible reaction that took two weeks to completely go away. If you have hyper-reactive skin, I don't recommend it.
Hello Nuria,
We're very sorry to hear what you've said, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us.
Although the vast majority of skin types tolerate VC15 Serum well, temporary irritation may occur in hyper-reactive, sensitized skin, or skin with a compromised barrier due to the potency of vitamin C, the formulation’s pH, the combination with other active ingredients, or even external factors.
In these cases, symptoms such as the following may appear:
• Redness
• Sensation of heat
• Itching
• Tightness
• Flaking or temporary sensitivity
That is why we always recommend, especially for sensitive or reactive skin, or skin with a history of rosacea or dermatitis:
• Perform a patch test behind the ear for 24 hours
• Then repeat the test on a small area of the cheek for another 24 hours
• And gradually apply it to the entire face
We also recommend avoiding more sensitive areas, such as the eye and lip contours, at first.
In any case, we’re very sorry that your experience wasn’t a positive one, and we hope your skin has fully healed by now.
Please remember that in situations like this, we can honor our guarantee and either refund the cost of the treatment or exchange it for another treatment.
If you'd like, just reply to this message and we'll take care of it.
We hope we have helped you and wish you a happy day.
It's so expensive. I've been using it since it came out, and I haven't noticed any improvement—no radiance or fading of dark spots. The only good thing is that it absorbs instantly. I definitely won't buy it again; I waited so long for nothing and wasted my money.
Hi Maria,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience, and we fully understand your disappointment after waiting so long for the product to be released and using the treatment consistently.
Regarding results related to dark spots and skin radiance, we generally recommend at least 4 weeks of consistent use before you can begin to notice visible changes, due to the skin’s natural renewal cycle.
In addition, to ensure that the 2% tranexamic acid can fully deliver its skin-brightening and tone-evening benefits, we recommend applying the treatment twice daily, morning and night, on a regular basis.
Even so, we fully understand that if you haven’t noticed any improvement after your personal experience, you may feel frustrated and feel that your expectations weren’t met.
We're glad to hear that you at least found the product's texture and absorbency to be pleasant.
In any case, we are truly sorry that the treatment did not work as you had hoped.
Please remember that in situations like this, we can honor our guarantee and either refund the cost of the treatment or exchange it for another product—whichever you prefer.
If you'd like, just reply to this message and we'll work it out with you.
We hope we have helped you and wish you a happy day.
Well, I had a bad reaction to the product, so I reported it and got a refund. When they release the rest of the products, I’ll give them a try.
I also mentioned that the dispenser is terrible—when you press it, a stream of product shoots out, and more than half of it ends up on the floor.
Hello,
We're very sorry you had an adverse reaction to the treatment, but we appreciate that you gave us the opportunity to help you and work through this with you.
We're also glad to hear that the refund process went smoothly and that you're still willing to give our upcoming releases a try.
Regarding the dosing system, we sincerely appreciate your comment. This type of feedback is very helpful to us because it helps us identify areas for improvement in future productions and developments.
We’re sorry that you found the product difficult to dispense and that some of the serum was wasted during application. We will, of course, evaluate and review the bottle and dispenser.
We hope we have helped you and wish you a happy day.
I’m thrilled with the VC15 serum. I’ve been using it for a month now, and I’ve noticed that my skin looks radiant, much more even-toned, and very smooth. Its texture is light, it absorbs quickly, and it doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. Afterward, I apply the Bioactive SPF 50 cream—it’s fantastic, the best sunscreen I’ve ever tried.
Endor never disappoints—they’re committed to quality and trust. Thank you.

After using it for a while, I can confirm that this product is amazing. It has a very pleasant texture that absorbs easily and leaves the skin feeling soft. I’m starting to notice that my skin tone is becoming more even and my complexion is brighter. I highly recommend it. I can’t wait for the creams to arrive so I can complete my skincare routine. I really like it—the texture is very smooth. I have very sensitive skin, and I’ve tried other products with vitamin C that really irritated me, but I haven’t had any problems with VC 15. I do notice that my skin tone is more even.

I bought the serum as soon as it came out. I like the texture—since it’s liquid, it leaves my skin feeling very light and doesn’t irritate it at all. I’m not the best person to judge whether it’s non-irritating, though, because I tolerate vitamin C very well.
My skin was already quite radiant to begin with—it shines even right after I wash my face, with no oiliness at all—so I haven’t noticed any difference. Nor have I noticed any improvement in skin tone or any fading of spots: freckles, in my case, and I can’t tell if there are also sunspots, or if they’re just freckles, all over my face, including my eyelids. You can see them, but they aren’t as pronounced as, say, in redheads, if you know what I mean.
My skin has a rough texture, small marks, and enlarged pores—more so as I've gotten older (combination skin: oily in the T-zone, normal elsewhere)—and I haven't noticed any improvement in its texture.
The expression lines—nasolabial folds, barcode lines, and frown lines—are still there. The sagging is still there, too.
I guess it's too early to notice any difference. I'm confident we'll see results for the skin, because the formula is excellent, but it falls short as an antioxidant (anti-aging, wrinkles, firmness) in a vitamin C serum.
It’s definitely a fantastic formula
but I would have liked it to be more comprehensive, with additional active ingredients that I don’t think would be difficult to add. With all due respect, allow me to suggest:
1- Ferulic acid, a plant-based antioxidant that forms a protective network capable of neutralizing free radicals much more effectively than vitamin C alone. It also helps prevent the degradation of active ingredients when the skin is exposed to sunlight. Since it is formulated with stable vitamin C derivatives, I believe incorporating it would be straightforward.
I would also add tocopherol (vitamin E), which would provide antioxidant synergy with vitamin C throughout the day.
Vitamins E and C work together in a continuous cycle of collaboration. Vitamin E neutralizes a free radical and becomes oxidized, then vitamin C rescues it and recycles it so it can continue to function. The duo is amazing—a perfect synergy.
Protection in both water and oil. Water-soluble Ascorbyl Glucoside works by protecting the aqueous areas of cells and releases vitamin C gradually throughout the day. Vitamin E is fat-soluble and settles into the lipid cell membranes and the skin’s own natural oils. Together with 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, which is both hydrophilic and lipophilic (soluble in both water and oil)—meaning it attracts and dissolves equally in water and oil—this ensures that no layer of the skin is left unprotected from pollution and the sun.
And as if all that weren't enough, vitamin E is an excellent moisturizer that repairs and protects the skin barrier, providing extra comfort that balances the skin and makes it look plumper and more supple.
The serum is formulated to match the skin's pH of 5.5, a pH level at which I believe tocopherol and ferulic acid could be added without any issues.
I haven’t found a serum like the one I’m proposing anywhere in the global cosmetics market. It would be amazing. For me, at least, it’s the best vitamin C serum. Since nothing is perfect, I think it would be the nearly perfect serum for dark spots and photoaging. The “Super Serum.” All-in-one.
FORMULA:
- Conductive and moisturizing base: Water + Pentylene Glycol + Propanediol (5% total) (Delivery agents. Carriers that facilitate penetration into deeper layers)
- 10% 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (potent, deep-acting, and stable)
- 2% Ascorbyl Glucoside (With that interesting ability to gradually release radiance and hydration into the skin. I would lower the percentage to avoid saturating the cells, but perhaps 5% wouldn’t be too much in this hypothetical formulation? The experts would know better than I do)
- 3% Tranexamic Acid (reduces dark spots and inflammation, which cause dark spots. I would increase the concentration to make it a bit more potent; 2% is the minimum concentration required for it to be effective)
- 0.5% Ferulic Acid (Stabilizer and protective barrier)
- 1% Tocopherol (Vitamin E. Moisturizer, antioxidant, regenerator, and lipid protector)
I'M NOT A CHEMIST, JUST A HOBBYIST.
One star less: I was expecting a little more, and here's why:
The bottle isn't working right for me:
- It's hard to control how much comes out when I press it—sometimes only a little comes out, which isn't a problem—but it is a problem when I press it again, because often more product comes out than I want.
- When I squeeze the serum out, it always slides down the side of the bottle, and I have to scrape it off with my fingers to get the product. If I hold the pump too close to my face so it lands on my skin instead of on the outside of the bottle, it splashes. I end up applying more serum to my face and neck than I need.
- The serum has leaked a few times when the bottle was lying on its side… through the pump—I don't know how, but it's happened several times; I've found brown, dried-up residue from the serum. But when I press the pump, it still...
It’s a really great product—it goes on smoothly and absorbs really well. My skin feels healthier; I’m not sure how to explain it exactly. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all, and I have very sensitive skin. The SPF helps, even though I apply more later on. I’m looking forward to the whole new line. Thank you for your research and hard work.
I really liked the VC15 Serum. I bought it as soon as it came out, and it’s still just as clear as the first day, and the texture is very pleasant.
If you wait a little while before applying your moisturizer, you can feel that immediate effect: your skin feels slightly tighter and your complexion looks more even. I think it works really well with regular use, as long as you always finish with a good sunscreen.
Highly recommended.
Just like everything else I've tried and use from Endor, this serum lives up to my expectations. Thank you, Endor
I started using your skincare line with the body care products, which I found to be much better than other similar products on the market. I’m now using the new serum, and although I think it’s too early to notice any significant results, I like the texture and how it feels on my skin; I think the quality-to-price ratio is good, and the explanations you’ve provided about the manufacturing process are reassuring.
I've been using the VC15 serum ever since it came out. While the product is very good and satisfying, its clarity has changed over time, and I notice the color is a bit more orange than it was at first. I'm not sure if that color is normal, since the marketing materials strongly emphasize that the clear color lasts until the very end.
The spots haven't disappeared, but they've faded significantly; my skin's texture has improved, and it looks more radiant too. I'm happy when I look in the mirror.
It feels a little lacking. It feels a bit tight, and like something's missing...
I really liked it—it gives the skin a beautiful glow. The texture is light and watery. Now I just need to see the results over a longer period of time.
I'm 65 years old, and after trying several brands of professional cosmetics from drugstores and perfume shops, I'm currently using a few different products, and I think they're really good.
I love it, and I can't wait for the new creams to come out.
