- Cleanse the area before applying the cream. Perfect after showering.

- Apply the cream morning and night. Consistency is key. The skin on the body is thicker than that on the face, and it takes longer to see results.
- Measure to see the result. Since we see ourselves every day, it is sometimes difficult to perceive the change. Use a tape measure to measure the contour of the area where you apply the cream before starting and after 50 days. For firmness, nothing beats a photo.
